Band Enrollment Information

 

We will be holding a new event this year called a “Band Enrollment.” The schedule for this event will be:     Tuesday, August 4 - Seniors and Juniors - 4:30pm to 7:30pm

                  Wednesday, August 5 - Sophomores - 4:30pm to 7:30pm

                  Thursday, August 6 - Freshmen - 4:30pm to 7:30pm

 

All band students will attend this enrollment process with at least one parent.  All forms collection, contract signing, and uniform fitting will be held at this time.  This is being done to help save time and effort this year.

 

At enrollment, all forms which were handed out during summer band will be due and must be fully completed, including all parent signatures. Extra forms will be available at the event.

 

Also needed at the time of enrollment is 1 case of water per student for contest season.  Our students go through a very rigorous marching show during the season, many times performing it more than once.  So we ask that you please help us in keeping our children properly hydrated.

 

All forms, 1 case of water, and “Fair Share Band Fee” are due at the time of enrollment.

 

The last stop your child will make during this enrollment will be to get fitted for his/her marching uniform.  Please anticipate a slight wait.  Mrs. Eck will make sure that every child is given the proper attention in getting the right fit for this thrilling season!!!
